Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy aims to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. All products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We accept exchanges for defective products or those that differ from the one ordered.

Exchange Procedure:

• Report the issue within 3 days after receiving the product, sending clear photos to our email.
• After review, you can choose between: a refund, a new product, a product of similar value, or a coupon.

Notes:

• We do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes; please check the measurements before purchasing.
• Exchanges due to dissatisfaction with color, size, or model are not mandatory, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
